 The growth around IH-35 north has been incredible to say the least, and there is no denying the prosperity is heading to Justin!  Our current population is expected to double as this expansion occurs.   Justin has close to 2,000 home sites under construction or in the planning phase in multiple subdivisions.   Timberbrook is the largest planned development in Justin.  This development will add 1,550+ homes sites, 2 amenity centers, and hike and bike trails throughout.   

The expansion of FM 156 covers 4.2 miles from north of SH 114 to 12th street in Justin.  This project will widen FM 156 from a 2 lane rural to 4 lane divided urban cross section highway with additional 215 parking spaces for the downtown area.   This is the largest visual change Justin has ever seen and will allow us to accommodate for substantial growth.
